Every rank tracker on the market says it’s “white label.” Very few mean the same thing by it.
For one tool, it means your logo on a PDF. For another, it means the whole app runs on reports.youragency.com, your clients log in with their own seats, and every email comes from your address. Same label. Completely different client experience. (And a very different invoice.)
That gap is the real buying criterion for a white label rank checker. Not keyword accuracy (most good trackers are close enough), not the number of locations, not the AI Overviews badge. What matters is what your client sees, and what it costs you per client to show it to them.
So that’s how this list is built. Eight tools, sorted by how deep the rebrand goes, with the plan gates the pricing pages don’t shout about.
What “white label” actually covers
Before comparing tools, split the term into its parts. There are four levels, and each one adds something the client can see.
Logo only. Your logo and colors replace the vendor’s on exported or scheduled reports. Clients get a branded PDF or share link. They never touch the app. This is the floor of white label SEO reporting, and plenty of tools stop here.
Full domain. The app itself runs on your subdomain through a CNAME record. Anyone who opens a dashboard sees your URL, your logo, often your favicon and browser-tab title. No vendor name anywhere.
Client login. Clients get their own seats on that branded app, usually limited to their own projects. This is the level most agencies actually want, because it kills the “how are we doing?” email.
Sender email. Invites, alerts and scheduled reports go out from your own address via SMTP. It sounds minor. It isn’t. A report from “[email protected]” undoes the rest of the setup.
Here’s the catch: most pricing pages bundle all four under one checkbox. You have to dig into help docs to find out which levels you get, and on which plan.

The 8 tools, by rebrand depth
Order here isn’t “best overall.” It’s how far each white label rank checker lets your brand go, from full portal down to export-only.
1. AgencyAnalytics
The only tool here that charges per client, and the only one where a full white label is part of the base deal. AgencyAnalytics’ pricing page bundles white-label branding, a client portal, a custom domain and custom email, with unlimited staff and client users.
The Core plan runs $20 per client per month on annual billing, or about $25 monthly. One thing to budget for: rank tracking keywords are sold separately in 500-keyword blocks.
Best fit: agencies where the client portal is the product and rankings are one widget among GA4, ads and calls. Honestly, if you’d use the portal anyway, the rank data rides along for the price of a keyword block.
2. Advanced Web Ranking
AWR goes deeper on the rebrand than anyone else in the list. Its white-label setup covers company name, logo, favicon and browser-tab title, a custom subdomain secured with SSL, and branded email through your own SMTP server or Gmail. You can even edit the email templates clients receive.
The gate matters, though. Per AWR’s pricing FAQ, white label is available on the Agency plan ($279/mo) and up, or on any yearly subscription. All plans include unlimited users and projects, so adding client logins never costs extra.
3. Sitechecker
Sitechecker sells itself as a full white-label portal, not just a rank tracker. You get a custom domain, your logo and favicon in the app, and notification emails from your own address. Pricing is a flat rate from $99 a month with every seat included.
It also bundles site audits and AI Overviews tracking next to rankings. Good if your clients want one login for everything. Check the keyword limit on the plan you pick, since that’s where flat pricing gets tested.
4. SEOcrawl
SEOcrawl’s white-label rank tracker starts at €199/month and includes a custom CNAME, your logo, branded PDF reports and unlimited keywords. The white-label features apply across its Pro, Agency and Enterprise tiers.
Unlimited keywords is the headline. For agencies with keyword-heavy e-commerce clients, it takes the per-keyword math off the table, which no other flat-priced tool in this list offers.
5. SE Ranking
SE Ranking handles white label through an add-on, not a plan tier. The Agency Pack starts at $69/month billed annually and covers your colors, logo and domain name, 10 client seats, and unlimited white-label reports sent from your agency’s domain.
Two catches. It’s only available on annual subscriptions. And 10 client seats won’t cover a 20-client roster, so price the extra seats before you commit.
6. ProRankTracker
PRT’s agency angle is the MyRanks client app, where clients check their own rankings. According to PRT’s plans page, MyRanks starts on the Pro plan at $149/month for 2,000 terms, alongside Looker Studio and 10 sub-accounts. Starter is $99 for 1,000 terms but skips the client app.
Watch the unit. A “term” is a keyword plus a URL plus an engine or location, so one keyword tracked in two locations eats two.
7. Nightwatch
Nightwatch rebrands both the interface and reports: custom subdomain via CNAME, your company name in page titles and emails, your logo. Solid.
But read the fine print in Nightwatch’s own help docs: white label only works on plans with more than 1,000 tracked keywords. The entry plan you see in most roundups (250 keywords) doesn’t qualify. Custom sender email also needs a support request.
8. AccuRanker
AccuRanker is a rank-data specialist, with daily updates on every plan. It’s also the weakest fit for a white label rank checker. AccuRanker’s pricing page lists reporting, export and scheduled reports on Professional ($224/mo for 2,000 keywords), with Google Data Studio added on Expert ($764/mo). White label isn’t listed as a plan feature.
If you love the data, you can still brand it. You just do it yourself, by pulling it into Looker Studio or a separate reporting tool.
A warning about Semrush
Plenty of roundups still credit Semrush with a white-label client portal. That’s out of date. Semrush has discontinued its Client Portal and CRM. White-label delivery now runs through Pro reports at $20 per report, which add branding, white-labeling and custom domains. Branded reports, yes. Branded client logins, no.
What it really costs per client
Plan prices mean little until you run them against a real roster. So here’s one scenario: 20 clients, 100 keywords each, tracked daily on one engine and device. That’s 2,000 daily keywords.
| Tool | Plan that fits | Monthly cost | Effective cost per client | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| ProRankTracker | Pro (2,000 terms) | $149 | $7.45 | MyRanks client app included |
| SEOcrawl | Pro | €199 | €9.95 | Unlimited keywords |
| AccuRanker | Professional (2,000 kw) | $224 | $11.20 | No white label listed |
| Advanced Web Ranking | Agency (14,500 units) | $279 | $13.95 | Daily = 7 weekly units, so 2,000 daily kw = 14,000 units |
| AgencyAnalytics | Core | $400 + keyword blocks | $20 + keyword cost | Full portal for every client |
SE Ranking, Sitechecker and Nightwatch don’t fit cleanly into this math. SE Ranking’s $69 add-on sits on top of a base plan, Sitechecker’s keyword limit depends on the plan tier, and Nightwatch’s 2,000-keyword price wasn’t published on the pages we checked.
The pattern is clear, though. Flat-priced trackers get cheaper per client as you add accounts. Per-client tools like AgencyAnalytics cost more per head but carry the full portal and every other data source. That’s the real trade in agency rank tracking: cost per client against what each client gets to log into. Cheap per head is great. Until a client asks for a login you can’t give them.

How to choose in three questions
Do clients need to log in? If yes, cut AccuRanker and Semrush. If they only need a monthly PDF, almost anything here works, and you can pick on data quality.
Does the URL have to be yours? If your contracts or brand promise say the reporting platform is “yours,” you need full domain rebranding. That points to AWR, Sitechecker, SEOcrawl, SE Ranking, Nightwatch (1,000+ keywords) or AgencyAnalytics.
How does your roster grow? Many small clients favor flat pricing like PRT or SEOcrawl. A handful of large retainers where the dashboard covers ads, calls and analytics favors per-client pricing like AgencyAnalytics.
Answer those first. Then start a trial with your real keyword list, not a demo project. Agency rank tracking setups look identical in demos and very different at 2,000 keywords.
What rank data won’t tell your clients
A white label rank checker tells a client that a page slipped from position 3 to 9. It rarely tells them why.
Often the answer is content decay: the page got stale, a competitor published something fresher, or two of your own pages started splitting the same query. That’s the layer WordPattern covers for agencies: it detects decaying pages and queues refreshes, ideally before the drop lands in the monthly report. See how it fits an agency workflow on our SEO agencies page.
And if rankings are just one slice of your client deliverable, our roundup of SEO reporting tools for agencies covers the dashboards that sit on top.
Pick the rebrand level first
Most agencies shop for a white label rank checker backwards. They compare accuracy and locations, then discover the white label they wanted sits two plans higher, or doesn’t include logins at all.
Flip it. Decide whether clients get a PDF, a branded app, or their own seat. Shortlist only the tools that deliver that level on a plan you’d actually buy. Then run the per-client math against your real roster.
Pricing in this category changes often, so re-check each vendor’s page before you sign.
FAQs
Not quite. A white label rank checker rebrands keyword position data. White label SEO reporting usually means a broader dashboard that also pulls in GA4, Search Console, ads and more. Some tools do both (AgencyAnalytics, Sitechecker); dedicated trackers like PRT or AWR focus on rankings and connect to Looker Studio for the rest.
With full domain rebranding and a custom sender email, usually not. With logo-only reports, a curious client can sometimes spot the vendor in share links or email headers. If that matters to you, confirm the share-link URL and sender address during your trial.
Only if clients open dashboards or log in. For agencies sending PDFs, logo-level branding is enough. Once clients get logins, a vendor URL in the address bar undercuts the whole setup.
Flat pricing usually wins as your client count grows, because one plan’s keyword pool spreads across more accounts. Per-client pricing is easier to pass through to retainers and often bundles a full reporting portal, so compare total value, not just the monthly line.
